Philippe first spent two years in Madagascar as a Civil Servant, making his childhood dream becoming true : teaching to children. In 1996 he joined the Bossard Consultants company and learnt the basics of management consulting. In parallel, he developed professional training skills and started designing simple training programs on management softskills. Learning by doing, he participated to - then monitored - international consulting programs at Capgemini Consulting (Purchasing, Telecom, Utilities…) and developed his ability to design and run worldwide management and training programs.
He progressively developed capabilities on blended learning journeys for local and global transformations and management issues. He is now an expert on blended learning, using world class solutions.
